Customer Service Results Announced
Our customer satisfaction results for the period to the 18th July are in and we
are extreamly pleased with the outcome. 100% of our customers are extreamly satisfied
with the overall service and 100% of our customers are extreamly satisfied with
the speed at which we make payments. We had just one customer who was only Partially
Satisfied with the rates we pay, with no customers at all unsatisfied with any aspects

We have also received a number of comments about the service that can be found on
our Customer Testimonials page.
As a result of conversations we have had with some of our customers we have also
made some changes to the website, which will be completed within the next week.
Our customers have told us that they want to be 1 click away from a price for their
gold, so we have added our calculator to the front page. This has been implemented
straight away along with a page dedicated to gold coins.
