All of this is giving the industry a bad name, and creating a stigma that is attached to all Postal Gold companies. What does this mean for the customer? In means that they are unable to make informed decisions about how to achieve the best return for your scrap gold and old jewellery, In short it costs you money, sometimes hundreds of pounds!
