All gold bars are 24ct gold with a fine gold content of 999.9

Gold bars are made by either casting molten gold into a mould, or by minting them from a flat sheet of gold that is cut to the desired size. It is also possible to buy gold bars that contain a hologram, these are called kinebars and are produced by UBS.
