Q:
I have sent a parcel and not yet heard anything, what do I do?
If you have not received the payment or an e-mail from us, this may mean that we have tried to contact you on the contact number you have provided as there is a problem with the job. If this is the case, if you call the office with your Unique Enquiry Number then we can follow this up for you.
We operate 2 system of communication.
- Automated e mail, If there is a problem with your parcel you will receive an e mail detailing the problem at which stage you can accept or decline the offer. A full set of instructions will be in the e mail.
- We call you via phone, if you have not submitted an e mail in your initial enquiry.
We suggest that if you have sent a parcel and had no contact from us within 2 days then first check your email and then if still nothing give us a call quoting your 5 digit reference number.
