FAQ's

We do not need an exact weight for your items, a rough weight is fine. Your best option is to goto a local jewellers to get a more accurate weight, failing that we advise using kitchen scales as these seem to be the most accurate.

We do not accept a Royal Mail Post Office receipt as proof of weight, as their scales weight in kilograms and are highly inaccurate to weigh items of a low weight. Postal scales are also non calibrated, unlike professional jewellers scales.
