Payment Methods
For your convenience, we supply the following methods of payment:
Bank Transfer - Upon your request and with details provided we
can wire funds directly into your account upon receipt of your precious metals.
PayPal - This payment can only be made to confirmed and
registered PayPal Address; any non confirmed addresses will automatically receive a cheque.
Cheques - Cheque payments can be made at the customers request
but preferred payment methods are the two shown above, this is helpful for you the
customer and us as a payment provider.
Quality Of Goods
The quality and clarity of the goods is at the discretion of the customer, all non
precious items will be returned to the supplied address at the cost for £6.50
special delivery, this charge will be deducted from any final amount due to the
customer.
All goods are subject to destructive and non destructive testing, this can range
from a basic Mizar test to a more harsh Acid testing.
By sending the items to us
you agree that you understand the testing procedures
that may be used.
We
will endeavour to be as professional as possible when testing and always try to test
on a part of the item that would not be seen should we need to return it. These
test are carried out before any payments are made. Again any faulty items will be
returned to the customer at a charge of £6.50 special delivery.
Postage
Hatton Garden Metals will NOT be held liable for any items lost in the postal system,
this includes on route to us or on return to the customer. When a choice is made
on your preferred postal service please take care to acquire the adequate insurance.
