Hatton Garden Metals price match guarantee is available on gold coins and bars when you see the icon ‘best price guarantee’. When you see this icon, if you see the identical item for cheaper on any other UK Bullion dealer’s web-store we will amend your payment to the lower price on request. We can only price match against items that our on our Competitors site which are in-stock and ready to be dispatched. Price checks will be conducted simultaneously as gold works off a live and moving price. We are unable to price match any product that are advertised as ‘online only’. Price match available when the bullion product is identical in gold weight and quantity and before you place an order.

- As gold works off a live and moving market, we can only price match BEFORE you complete an order with us
- Both us and the competitor must have the item in-stock and ready to dispatch
- Prices must be displayed in Pounds and the cost of the product must be cheaper once all fees have been deducted like shipping and insurance
- Price match is only redeemable against gold orders that are over £250
- Unfortunately, we are unable to price match any product that are advertised as ‘online only’
- In the unlikely event that we are not able to price match on an item which displayed the ‘best price guarantee’ icon, you will receive free postage on your next purchase
- Price match via calling the office on 0207 404 4000 and can only be applied during our office business hours; Mon – Friday 9am-4pm ( excl bank holidays and weekends)
