Simply browse our website and add the items you would like to purchase to your basket. Prices are updated every minute based on the live gold price.
If you haven't shopped with us before, you can register for a new account in a few moments. We also provide a service where you can subscribe to news and articles of interest to you, from which you can select after registering. Or, if you already have an account, simply log in.
At the checkout you can choose whether you wish to collect your items from our London store, have them delivered to you, or pur into secure storage.
You can pay by Bank Transfer or using any major debit or credit card. For security reasons we are unable to accept cards for orders which are to be collected.
On completion of your order we'll send you a confirmation email and if you need to make payment by transfer you'll find the details there, and also confirmed on the screen.
We'll reserve your items for you pending payment. If you chose to pay by card we'll get working on your order right away. It's possible that you may be asked to provide identification for high-value orders.
If choosing to pay by transfer we must receive payment for your order by 3pm on the same or next working day, or your order will automatically be cancelled.
Once payment has been received your coin or bar order will be despatched via Next Day Special delivery. If payment clears after 1pm your order will be despatched on the next working day.
